I have a profound empathy for people and believe that within a trusting, compassionate relationship longings are identified and nurtured and wounded hearts are healed. I have experienced how God uses sound clinical intervention to change lives, and I am passionate about providing a safe haven where people can explore how they can be transformed by Gods healing grace and truth.

I have over 15 years of Coaching experience, coaching people from all walks of life. Having worked for a non-profit for over 10 years and continuing to transform
people’s lives by blending my rich experience, training, and gifting to help my clients achieve a great result. I am a single mother of two most amazing adult children in the world.
Fully trained – completed coaching training with the Coaching Training Institute, which is widely recognized as the most rigorous program in the industry. Trained Prolympian PTSD Intervention Technique.
